The ATEX-certified explosion-proof products include the SESA, SEA, SNES, SNE, SPNA, QNE, QNES, and QN series. Please search the product models on our website for more information. You can also contact us via info@qlight-system.com.

It is possible to combine the air horn and a solenoid box. QEB is an explosion-proof box, but the horn part is not explosion-proof. Therefore, please note that this combined product is not explosion-proof.

1. Location of external grounding bolts:
- Explosion-proof products have external grounding bolts.
- For instance, SNE series has an M4 grounding hole next to the cable entry.

Wiring the grounding wire:
2. Use an O-ring terminal for grounding wiring.
- The grounding wire thickness must be at least 4mm.

3. Grounding method:
- Connect the O-ring terminal to the grounding wire.
- Attach the terminal to the grounding bolt.

The standard cable length for signal tower light is 400mm, and it is available to customize the length at additional costs. For customized inquiries, please feel free to contact us at info@qlight-system.com.

The standard pole length is 200mm, and it is possible to adjust the pole length at additional costs. For customized inquiries, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@qlight-system.com.

For DC steady type, the standard external signal line and power line is UL1007 AWG22(0.3sq).

For AC steady, AC/DC steady/flashing type, the standard power line is UL1015 AWG18(0.75sq), and the signal line is UL1007 AWG22(0.3sq).

The basic specifications for DC lighting include a built-in bridge circuit for non-polarized wiring, allowing compatibility regardless of NPN or PNP types.

However, for DC flashing types and AC products, please check compatibility with the transistor (TR) type you intend to use by referring to the manual.

▶ Example of DC Voltage for Each Terminal
1) NPN Transistor
-If the COM (black wire) is connected to the (+) polarity, the transistor (TR) connected to the other signal lines must use NPN, with the emitter terminal connected to the (-) power.
2) PNP Transistor
-If the COM (black wire) is connected to the (-) polarity, the transistor (TR) connected to the other signal lines must use PNP, with the emitter terminal connected to the (+) power.
3) NPN and PNP transistor types are used depending on the polarity of the power applied to the common line.

Our WV recording-type products can support a total of 5 channels (5CH) with a maximum recording time of 80 seconds. If you want to use all 5 channels, each channel can have 16 seconds of recording.

There are two ways to insert a customer's requested phrase into our products in addition to the default sound.

1. WV type products:
For products with units instead of buzzers, WV (Customized Voice type) option is available. WV type option supports up to 80 seconds of recording with 5 channels.

2. SD card type:
Customers can record sound using an SD card. Qlight can copy MP3 file into SD card before shipping if you want. SD cards are applied to products such as the QMPS, QAD, STND and QWCD series.

SED and SMD models are both combined products of warning lights and signal sounders. The main differences are in the size of the warning light part and the volume of the signal sounder part.

The SED model is a combination of the warning light of the SH1(Ø125) model and the horn of the SEWN30T (118dB). 

The SMD model is a combination of the warning light of the SH2(Ø150) model and the horn of the SEWN50T(120dB) model. 

Yes, we can provide both waterproof (SLP2130 series) and explosion-proof limit switches(SLP5130 series) for different application needs. For more product details and the ordering process, please contact us via info@qlight-system.com.

The standard model of SLP5130 can operate safely within an ambient temperature range of -55 ℃ to +65 ℃. For cold-proof and heat-resistance type, it is only available with the KC certificate. For more information, please contact us at info@qlight-system.com

Our internal test report can be provided upon request when placing an order. The waterproof tests are conducted in our in-house testing facility, where we use a water spray tester to evaluate waterproof performance. We can issue certificates for IPX5 and IPX6 ratings based on our internal testing.
